Do You Have Questions?

Yes, we are more than happy to visit your property/site at a time convenient for you and quote for the required work. We will quote on available information if the site/property still needs to be registered in your name. Once the registration process is complete, we will do the final quote (*we will charge based on the work we carried out). Once you have contacted us, a member of our team will arrange a convenient time to come and visit and talk through your requirements. We will provide a written fixed-price quotation. If the quote is agreeable, we will discuss complete details and provide start dates and timelines for your project.

Yes. The vast majority of our jobs include sourcing all materials, handling all personnel and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard. This all services are included in our contract. Our expert team will provide the various supplier’s information and their charges, and based on your choice, we will give the budget plan. If the present economy needs more resources to reduce the cost of goods, our promise will be the identifying the best choice of suppliers. We always prioritise the customer’s satisfaction and will have a much better experience contracting a company to complete your project from start to finish.

Building Regulations applications are needed for most construction projects:

  • All new buildings/commercial properties except agricultural buildings
  • Garages that are not fully detached and under 30 square metres
  • All extensions no matter how small
  • Some conservatories and porches (many are exempt but these must be separated from the house by doors and can’t be heated)
  • Roof extensions, balconies and roof terraces
  • Basements and basement extensions
  • Most minor repairs and maintenance work (Not required)
  • Replacing less than 25% of an item (roof, wall or floor) like-for-like (Not required)
  • Replacing baths, toilets, basins or sinks with similar fittings (Not required)
  • Boundary and garden walls, fences and gates (Not required)
  • Inside electrical or minor changes or enhancements (Not required)

  • Once you apply, if it is approved, the process will start. In case of rejection, there will be a chance to appeal. If the appeal is a success and work begins, in some cases, it may not go through, so you need to take the given remarks and apply for a new application.

Yes, indeed, we can provide and submit plans to the local authorities, as well as submit building notices too. We use our own independent building control team who work with us regularly.

Yes, per peace of mind, we give preliminary information (draft copy) and all the detailed documents(including plans, permissions and quote)will be brought forward to the contract. The contracts are in place to protect both parties, ensuring everyone agrees on all works and pricing. We are an honest, trustworthy building company that will carry out precisely what we say we will and you, the client, can relax with this in mind.

Yes. We can have our architect draw up your plans, and with an experienced team can offer advice and suggestions to match your budget.

We offer all kinds of commercial and household work with health and safety regulations.

Payment is not required upfront. All respectable building companies will not require the total balance upfront. A detailed contract will be drawn up, which will set milestones customised to your project/works when interim payments are required. The final payment will be required only once all jobs are completed.
