Dimitrov Constructions will provide all customers with a written quotation, including sufficient detail for completing the works. If any clarification is required, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can provide it. Additional jobs can be provided subject to written confirmation, including cost and time frame.
A ‘contract’ with Dimitrov Constructions is an agreement by the client to have work undertaken based on a written quotation quote/work estimate submitted directly to the client. And a clear and straightforward undertaking between the two parties to form a contract.
The term of this contract will begin on the dates mentioned in this contract and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the services. Subject to earlier termination as provided in this contract. The term may be extended with the written consent of both parties.
Breach Of Contract:
The specific quote will be provided in the prior notice depending on the kind of construction work we agreed to do. Once we start the job (once we procure the required stuff), there will be no cancellation. Forced cancellation will be treated as a breach of conduct. At the same time, your right to guarantee will not be affected under these circumstances.
Termination of the Contract:
Once a contract has been signed, it becomes a legally binding instrument. Suppose you or your customer wants to cancel the contract before completion. In that case, there may be a financial penalty which can sometimes amount to the total price of the agreement, or a party may institute court action depending on what has been breached.
Work will be processed upon the local government’s permission. The customer must arrange planning permission, building control, and utility changes. If planning permission is required for the work, we expect to provide it before the quote or before the initial payment and may request proof that this has been agreed upon before beginning work.
Except as otherwise provided in this contract, all monetary amounts referred to in the agreement are in GBP.
The contractor will be reimbursed from time to time for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the contractor in connection with providing the services.
All the expenses must be pre-approved by the client.
All client information.is retained by the Data Protection Act 1988, and all personal and other client details will remain confidential.
Guarantees:
All customers will receive a full guarantee of our work for 12 months. Contracts on materials run following manufacturer’s warranty periods where applicable. Our guarantee covers all new work and new materials used in construction or repairs but does not guarantee the integrity of any existing structures, materials, or decorations. In case of a failure beyond the guarantee period, we will be happy to investigate the cause, negotiate a solution to the problem without delay, and carry out any agreed repairs as soon as possible. Charges may apply for remedial work beyond guarantee dates or items not covered by our guarantee. Please note: Decorations are signed off on completion and are not covered by the contract. A six-month warranty covers plastering work. Please note that we provide a six-month guarantee for plastering work to allow settling time. We therefore strongly recommend delaying any decorating for this period. After the quote and before the work starts, you can change your mind within fourteen days.
